COVID-19 Updates

To all our guests, we understand that the times are trying and uncertain with the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic worldwide. With policies varying state to state on restrictions, we understand if prior reservations are having to be changed due to these reasons and we are more than willing to work with you on your booking requests. We try to keep up with the current direction from health experts as to policies and procedures, as well as look to our state and local government for requirements or restrictions to operations and updates will be listed on our feed or in our Reservation Policies page.

Here at the Retreat, we have implemented hightened health and saftey procedures to ensure our handler guests can have some peace of mind while training. We have implemented a social distancing policy in indoor spaces, enhanced room disinfecting procedures, and enhanced dishware disinfecting procedures. We also ask to keep up with your wellbeing and if you have come in contact with someone exposed, please advise us so we can take appropriate actions to ensure everyone's health and safety. Due to the change in operations, during the booking process you will see a one-time line item assesed for room cleaning services that entail the new enhanced disinfecting procedures to ensure the next handler will have your same peace of mind for saftey and health concerns.

As always, we look forward to seeing you on your next stay!
